    Robbie Fowler is one of the most prolific strikers the Premier League has seen. He is the 7th highest goalscorer in the Premier League era, when he played between 1993 and 2012. Fowler had a natural ability to score from all angles and distances and had an ability to poach goals. He spent the majority of his career at Liverpool where the fans called him ‘God’, such was the acclaim he received from the Anfield crowd. He also spent his youth career with the Reds, between 1984 and 1993.

    Fowler was capped 26 times for England, scoring 7 times. After leaving Liverpool in 2001, he joined Leeds United where he would play for two seasons. He then moved onto Manchester City before returning to Liverpool in 2006, playing one last season for his boyhood club. Fowler had brief spells for Cardiff City and Blackburn before finishing his playing career in Australia. He is now a manager having started out in Australia for Muangthong United as a player-manager. After a brief spell out of the game, he managed Brisbane Roar for a season and currently manages in India at East Bengal.
