The ban lasted from 1921 and 1971.  The league system for Women’s Football was introduced in 1991 and has grown considerably. As it stands there are four main divisions in the system. The top league is the Women’s Super League (WSL), which features some of the biggest clubs in UK. The standard of the games has increased dramatically, aided by the development of women’s grassroots football.

Interest in Women’s football took a huge leap when England won the Euro 2022 final against Germany. As expected, the demand for signed Women’s football shirts and other related memorabilia has skyrocketed!
