1. Can I place an order? Will Firma Stella deliver my parcel?
Yes, we continue to serve our customers. You can check the current delivery times on our delivery page. There is currently no delay on dispatching & delivering orders – UK & around the world.
2. Are delivery times affected?
Our team is working normally so pick and pack times are unaffected. We will give a realistic estimate of delivery times on our delivery page (see above). At the current time both Royal Mail and our Couriers are working normally. You can follow Royal Mail updates here but they are committed to keeping the country moving during this difficult time.
4. Is it safe to receive orders?
We are making sure our packaging reach the strictest safety standards. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating one of our items in transit is low. The risk of catching the virus from a package that has been transported and exposed to the temperature and conditions is also low. More information on the virus is available on the . 5. What contact will I have with the delivery driver?
Some of our packages do not require a signature so they’ll be placed through your letterbox. Drivers have been advised to place packages at customer’s doorsteps and stepping back for those parcels that require a signature & are too large for your letterbox. If ID check is requested then these are now shown at a distance.
